Terms of Service

Prompt AI provides tools to generate AI prompts from text descriptions and uploaded files. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use at support@prmptly.dev.

Certain features require credits. Credit packs are digital goods sold in USD through Dodo Payments. Prices are displayed before checkout. Credits do not expire unless stated otherwise at purchase.

Pre-contract information: before completing a purchase, you will see the product name, credit amount, price, and payment processor. By completing checkout, you request immediate delivery of digital credits.

Withdrawal / refund rights: refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Where applicable law grants a withdrawal period for digital content, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately after purchase and that refunds may be limited once credits are used.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or credit systems;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without permission;
• upload malware or content intended to disrupt systems.

AI-generated prompts and analyses are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using outputs.

We retain all rights in the Service, branding, software, and underlying technology. Subject to these Terms, you may use outputs generated for your lawful personal or commercial purposes, except where prohibited by applicable law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk to the Service or other users, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and, for users in Türkiye, our KVKK Notice.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding conflict of law rules. Courts in Türkiye shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
