1. Digital Credits

Credits are digital goods delivered immediately after successful payment. Once credits are added to your account, they can be used to generate prompts and analyze files.

2. Refund Eligibility

Unused credit packs: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that specific purchase have been consumed.

Partially or fully used credits: Refunds are generally not available after credits have been used, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Duplicate or erroneous charges: Contact us promptly with your transaction details. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded.

3. EU / UK Consumer Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By purchasing digital credits that are delivered immediately, you acknowledge that delivery begins upon payment completion and that your withdrawal right may be lost once credits are used.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and may take 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, we may suspend your account pending investigation. We encourage you to email us first so we can resolve issues quickly.
